**Byte Digital managed multilingual Meta advertising for South East London Integrated Care System's free online parent-education sessions.** The campaign connected language-specific creative, community audience planning and Eventbrite registration for sessions led by healthcare professionals.

## The communication challenge

The programme offered antenatal and parenting information in **Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, French, Arabic and Somali**. The October 2025 campaign report documents the advertising approach and delivery.

For a prospective participant, the key questions were practical: is this session relevant to me, is it in my language, and how do I join? Those questions shaped the creative and the route to registration.

## Giving each language audience its own place

Byte structured Meta activity with separate language and community audience groups across South East London. Each group had dedicated delivery so that smaller communities received planned attention within the programme.

The advertising audience covered women aged 18–50. The creative made the session's subject and language clear, helping people recognise whether it was relevant to them.

Language settings supported five of the groups. Somali outreach used community-interest settings, reflecting the options available on the platform for that campaign. Audience planning was adapted to each group while keeping the invitation consistent.

## Turning session information into clear creative

Byte adapted the session-poster material into advertising and standardised the headline structure across the language versions. Each advert introduced the parenting or antenatal subject, named the session language and explained that the classes were free.

This consistency made the offer easier to recognise across the campaign. It also gave the NHS team a coherent set of creative to review, with the same core information carried through each version.

Copy and artwork were developed through Byte's proposed material, NHS review and joint refinement.

## From discovery to registration

The media structure separated two jobs. Reach campaigns introduced the sessions to the relevant communities. Lead-conversion campaigns supported the Eventbrite sign-up journey.

Registration was the defined action for the lead campaigns. This connected the media objective to the practical next step: securing a place at an online session.

The lead-conversion campaigns recorded an **average media cost of £21.59 per completed Eventbrite registration**. This figure covers the registration-focused activity across the language groups; awareness activity was reported separately.

The case is primarily an example of inclusive audience planning and clear multilingual communication. Its value lies in bringing six language audiences into a coordinated programme with a recognisable invitation and a registration route.
