Local Meta advertising for One Bromley Wellbeing Hub, joining community outreach and multilingual messages with practical location and contact information.

- Client: South East London Integrated Care System
- Period: 31 March–30 June 2025
- Channels: Meta
- Byte’s role: Strategy, creative collaboration and campaign management

**Byte Digital managed Meta advertising promoting Vital 5 information and checks at the One Bromley Wellbeing Hub in The Glades.** The South East London NHS campaign joined local audience planning with practical information about a recognisable Bromley location.

## Connecting the message with a local place

Advertising ran from **31 March–30 June 2025**, with a brief focused on adults aged 18–55 in Bromley.

The destination provided a map of the hub's location in The Glades and an email contact route. That made the journey practical: discover the offer, understand where it was available and find out how to take the next step.

The media and creative needed to connect the Vital 5 message with those details so residents could recognise a local opportunity.

## Awareness, information visits and community outreach

Byte structured Meta delivery around broad local reach, visits to the information page and additional community outreach.

The reach activity introduced the hub. The traffic campaign focused on people likely to visit its information page. A separate strand supported communities identified as underserved in the brief, including people who had moved to the UK.

Multilingual delivery extended the campaign's information across language audiences. This gave local inclusion a defined place in the plan alongside general Bromley awareness.

## Creative and delivery

Byte handled strategy, audience targeting, campaign setup, optimisation and reporting. Copy and artwork were developed with the NHS communications team through proposed creative, NHS feedback and joint refinement.

The campaign made the local offer and information route clear. The location was part of the proposition: the hub was a place residents could identify and find.

Measurement focused on visits to the NHS information destination. That gave the traffic strand a practical objective aligned with the page's map and contact details.

## Selected traffic result

The Meta traffic campaign achieved an **average cost per click of £0.15** to the information destination.

The result sits within a wider audience plan that combined general awareness with dedicated community outreach.

## Relevance for local NHS teams

The case demonstrates Byte's experience promoting a local wellbeing service through audience planning, clear creative and a useful destination. Location, language and the information people needed to act were considered together.
