A proposal for your business
The right work depends on your starting point.
AI SEO and GEO work can range from improving a focused set of service pages to organising a complex business's knowledge, evidence and website structure. The cost depends on what needs to change and the work required to do it properly.
We do not sell fixed packages. We discuss your company, inspect the starting point and propose a scope around your priorities. The proposal explains the work, responsibilities and fees so you can make an informed decision.
Our main AI SEO and GEO page explains the full service. If you would like help deciding where to begin, request a free initial review.
What affects the cost
Scope, complexity and the information already available.
Website and technical work
The number of priority pages, the way the website is built and any access or indexing issues influence the implementation required. We account for existing systems and work with the people responsible for them.
Content and evidence
Updating a service page is different from interviewing several teams and writing a new library of guides and case studies. We consider the material already available, the approvals needed and any research to find independent proof of work.
Services, markets and platforms
A local business with one main service has different requirements from a company with several divisions or markets. We agree which subjects and research experiences the work should address.
Existing support
You may want Byte to deliver the whole agreed scope, or to collaborate with an existing agency or developer. Responsibilities are established in the proposal so work is coordinated.
Initial assessment and implementation
Know what is included before the work starts.
The initial conversation and assessment are complimentary. They help establish whether the work suits your company and what a sensible starting scope looks like.
A detailed standalone audit that can be handed to your own developers is separately scoped and priced. We agree that before carrying out the detailed work; the audit page explains the distinction.
Initial implementation is quoted separately from ongoing optimisation. Depending on the agreed scope, it can include technical improvements, schema markup, service pages, guides, case studies, business-profile updates and knowledge-base development.
We handle agreed changes directly or collaborate with your existing team. Your proposal sets out the content, development responsibilities and approval process.
Ongoing optimisation
Monthly rolling work that develops with your business.
Once the initial work is in place, ongoing optimisation keeps the information useful and the priorities current. Work can include content updates, new evidence, further technical improvements and reviews of relevant changes in search technology.
Reporting explains what has been completed, what the available evidence shows and what we recommend next. The measurement guide describes the approach.
We work on a monthly rolling contract, with no minimum commitment and no notice period. The initial implementation quote and the ongoing scope are clearly separated, so you can see what each covers.
Exclusivity while you are a client
We want to win for your business.
Across Byte's services, we work with one client within an agreed industry or, for a small local business, an agreed local area. We define that competitive boundary with you before the engagement begins.
For example, if the agreed scope covers a home-care company in Bromley, we would not take another competing home-care company within that boundary while the relationship is active. The definition is specific to the business and market, rather than an assumption about every company in a broad sector.
Exclusivity lasts while you remain a client. It supports a clear working relationship: we focus on your success without competing against ourselves.
The AI SEO engagement record brings together scope, client exclusivity and delivery responsibilities.
