Byte Digital delivered a childhood vaccination awareness campaign for South East London Integrated Care System, combining Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Spotify advertising. The campaign reached parents of children aged 0–15 with clear messages about checking vaccination records and contacting their GP practice.
Campaign objective
The childhood immunisation campaign supported awareness of routine and catch-up vaccinations. The communication journey connected advertising with a campaign landing page, practical information and a survey. Audience research, including polls and surveys, informed the messages used to address parents' information needs.
Creative and production
Byte's work included footage sourcing, animation, production and coordination with a voiceover artist. Translated text and subtitled YouTube videos supported multilingual communication. Creative included messages about MMR vaccination alongside the wider childhood vaccination campaign.
The channel plan combined visual explanation, paid social reach and audio reminders. Local priorities informed campaign geography and the adaptation of messages for different audiences.
The creative connected the subject with a practical next step: checking a child's records or contacting the GP practice. Survey and poll insight helped shape the explanation around parents' questions, while translated text and subtitles carried the message across language audiences.
Paid social, video and audio
| Channel and purpose | Selected published result |
|---|---|
| Facebook and Instagram: introduce the message to parents | 155,000 parents reached |
| YouTube: explain the message through video | £0.02 cost per view |
| Spotify: carry the message into audio listening | 70,647 unique users reached |
Each figure describes its own channel. Together, the formats gave parents several ways to encounter the information and a consistent next step.
Relevance for NHS communications teams
The work demonstrates Byte's combination of campaign planning, creative production, multilingual assets and managed media delivery. An NHS communications team can use this experience when briefing paid social support for vaccination awareness, service information and other public-health campaigns.

Further vaccination campaign records
Separate South East London records cover adult MMR awareness, spring COVID vaccination communications in 2025 and 2026, and the 2025–26 winter vaccination programme.
