Nightingales filled all its care-staff vacancies during the campaign, according to Byte Digital’s published case study. Byte combined YouTube, Facebook and Instagram advertising with a simpler way for interested candidates to get in touch.

The brief

Nightingales Home Care needed to recruit care staff in South East London. The campaign had to explain why someone should consider working for the provider and make the first step easy for a suitable applicant.

What Byte did

YouTube video, including longer adverts and short reminders, introduced the opportunity. Facebook and Instagram used static images, carousels and video, with creative variants tested during delivery.

A dedicated landing page explained the reasons to work for Nightingales using concise copy, icons and bullet points. Byte shortened the initial application journey to an enquiry, while retaining questions about relevant requirements such as access to a car. This let potential candidates register their interest before progressing through the recruitment process.

The original recruitment case study reports this result. Its approach connected recruitment advertising with the provider’s changing staffing requirements.

Byte also brought three Nightingales care websites together, giving families a connected route through home-care and care-home services. That website project has its own brief and record.

The home-care marketing guide explains how care enquiries and recruitment applications can have distinct journeys and reporting.
