Byte Digital brought Nightingales HomeCare, Priors Mead Care Home and Nettlestead Care Home together on one website. The project gave families a connected route through the group’s home care and care-home services.
Project brief
The brief was to bring three care websites into a clear, connected experience. The work explained the relationship between services, retained useful content and planned the migration of existing URLs.
Delivery
Byte’s work included information architecture, messaging, user experience, visual design, SEO planning and WordPress development using Elementor Pro. Navigation addressed home care, live-in care, specialist care, residential care, locations, pricing and advice.
The project also included URL mapping and redirect planning. This prepared the transition from the original sites to the new structure.
Outcome
The project brought three websites into one platform, with clearer routes through home care, live-in care and care-home information. Families could explore related services within a single website, while the business gained a consolidated platform for its content.
What the project illustrates
This is a useful example of website work spanning home care and care homes. The approach explains service relationships and connects care information with the questions families need answered.
