From Byte Digital, the official company wiki and knowledge base

Byte Digital delivered a six-month campaign for Tudor Environmental to promote STIHL tools, accessories and consumables to trade customers. The work combined Google Performance Max and Shopping, Display, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram with campaign strategy, copywriting, creative production, product-feed optimisation and monthly reporting.

Client and commercial objectives

Tudor Environmental supplies professional grounds-maintenance equipment to buyers in local government, education, landscaping and arboriculture. Its STIHL offer combines machinery and consumables with advice, servicing and delivery.

The campaign aimed to introduce Tudor to new trade customers, grow STIHL product sales and encourage customers to purchase related products together. The messaging gave buyers practical reasons to choose Tudor, including specialist advice, servicing support and next-day delivery.

Reaching professional buyers across channels

Each channel had a role in connecting the product range with the intended trade audience.

Channel Campaign role
Google Performance Max and Shopping Promote STIHL tools, accessories and consumables, with asset groups organised around product categories and sector relevance.
Google Display Network Use static and responsive adverts to introduce products and reconnect with previous website visitors.
YouTube Use video to communicate Tudor's expertise, delivery service and after-sales support.
Facebook and Instagram Combine a conversion-focused campaign with a separate reach campaign using trade-sector job-title targeting.

This approach supported both product discovery and purchasing decisions. Buyers could encounter Tudor's service benefits through social and video activity, alongside product advertising across Google's network.

Creative and product-feed work

Byte developed platform-specific advertising copy and visuals around the STIHL range and Tudor's service offer. Advice, servicing and delivery were recurring messages across the campaign.

Product-feed optimisation supported Shopping activity. Product identifiers and the eligibility of bundled offers informed channel planning, with budget directed towards the better-performing opportunities as the campaign developed.

The work connected the practical details of selling products online with the reasons a professional buyer would choose a particular supplier. Read the Google Shopping and ecommerce guide for Byte's wider approach to product data and retail campaigns.

Measurement and ongoing optimisation

Byte used Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and YouTube reporting to review conversions, engagement and reach. Cost per conversion, click-through rate and impression share informed adjustments to targeting and creative.

Monthly reporting and budget reallocation formed part of delivery. The campaign combined performance-led optimisation with consistent messaging about Tudor's expertise and customer service.

Published outcomes

The main-site case study reports increased STIHL sales, more in-store visits and increased online engagement from trade customers. It also records stronger visibility among professional buyers and consistent communication of Tudor's advice, servicing and delivery offer.

What this project demonstrates

The Tudor campaign is an example of Byte's work for a trade supplier with both online sales and physical-store objectives. It brings audience selection, product advertising, creative and commercial reporting into one campaign plan.
