From Byte Digital, the official company wiki and knowledge base

Byte Digital designed and developed a responsive website for the Physical Activity Facilities Forum Europe (paf Europe). The project gave professionals working in physical activity facilities a place to find event information and resources across mobile, tablet and desktop.

The brief

paf Europe brings together people involved in the design, construction and management of facilities supporting physical activity, wellness and sport. Its website needed to explain the forum, organise useful information and help visitors take the next step towards an enquiry.

What Byte built

The work combined responsive layouts, visual design and navigation planned around visitors’ questions. Clear calls to action connected event information with the enquiry journey.

Byte used HTML5 and considered search accessibility as part of development. The design aimed to make key information easy to find and readable across different screen sizes.

Delivered website

The published case study records the launch of the new website. The practical deliverable was a coherent online destination for the forum’s community, with event information, resources and a consistent visitor journey across devices.

Read the original paf Europe website case study for the project overview. The Websites and creative guide explains Byte’s wider approach to information architecture, design and development.
